About Us

Japan Society for Southeast Asian Archaeology (JSSAA)

Japan Society for Southeast Asian Archaeology has been established in 1977, for promotion of study on archaeology in mainly Southeast Asian area, and to built an inter-disciplinary and international network in the field.
 
Our current activities are as follows.
1. Annual meeting and monthly seminar by members
2. Publication a "Journal of Southeast Asian Archaeology"
 

Membership

Membership in Japan Society for Southeast Asian Archaeology (JSSAA) is open to all individuals who are interested in Southeast Asian Archaeology.
The annual membership fees are 4,000 Yen(for general membership) or 2,000 Yen(for student membership).
Application for membership and subscription inquiries should be addressed to the secretary of the society. If you have any question, please feel free to contact the secretary of the society.

 
For a member and an applicant in any country except Japan, Paypal is available for payment a membership fee included mailing bills of a journal.
